Civil and Geospatial Professionals is an independent civil engineering and land surveying practice focused on plan review, land development engineering, and public works and capital improvements.
Our Story
Built around the project, not the org chart.
CGP is a Texas-based practice founded by a licensed civil engineer and land surveyor with 20+ years of experience on public works, transportation and land development projects. Its Texas firm registration is in progress.
The practice is intentionally focused. Every deliverable will be prepared or directly supervised by our principal, and work outside that focus, such as field survey crews, electrical, structural and landscape architecture, will be delivered through trusted partner firms identified up front.
We are committed to quality engineering through the most economical, practical and realistic approach, open communication and continuing education.

Credentials
Licensed engineer, land surveyor and floodplain manager.
CGP’s principal holds professional engineering licensure in three states, land surveying licensure in Texas and California, and Certified Floodplain Manager certification, with prior experience leading engineering and survey teams on state DOT, municipal and private development work.
