Service 01 · Residential & Commercial

Plan Review

Independent review of residential and commercial development submittals, so issues can be caught on paper instead of in resubmittals or in the field.

Services will include reviews of subdivision and commercial site civil plans, lot grading and plot plans, drainage and hydrology, floodplain development permits and plats, with clear, itemized comments tied to the governing criteria. Builders and developers will also be able to use pre-submittal QA/QC to tighten a package before it goes to the city or county.

How We Work

One licensed professional, accountable from start to finish.

CGP is an independent practice. Rather than handing your project down a chain of staff, the licensed professional you talk to will be the one doing or directly supervising the work.

Prepared or directly supervised by the principal

Every plan, study and review will be prepared or directly supervised by a licensed PE, RPLS and CFM.

Partners, identified up front

Field survey crews, electrical, structural and landscape architecture will come from partner firms, named up front.

Scoped to deliver well

Focused services and realistic schedules, so the commitments we make are ones we keep.
